Welcome to Coasters Booster Club!
If you are a parent of a USAG gymnast in Levels 3-10, you are automatically a member. The CBC is very important to the life of the gym. Together, we raise funds in support of the gymnasts — and the coaches who work so hard to help them reach their gymnastics hopes and dreams. We sponsor holiday parties and special gym events, as well as recognize the girls for their achievements.
The CBC also plans and run all gymnastics meets held at Atlantic Coast. That’s a huge job that definitely takes a
village — but it’s also a lot of fun. It’s an opportuity for us to all pull together for the benefit of our girls and gym. All parents/families are expected to lend a hand. Detailed information will be distributed far in advance of each meet so that you can set aside those dates on your calendar.
Our club meets monthly and is only as strong as its members, so please try to attend as often as possible. We also hope you will serve on one of our committees. Each June, a new slate of officers are selected by club membership to serve as The Executive Committee.
Your 2016-2017 Executive Committee includes the following:
Anthony Bonelli, President:
Anthony “Tony” Bonelli lives in Galloway with his wife, Diana, and two daughters, Hannah and Hailey. Hannah is a Level 9 gymnast and Hailey competes at Level 7. The Bonelli’s joined Atlantic Coast in 2014, bringing with them many years of experience. Tony is a business owner who also has experience serving on the boards of other gyms. He’s a natural leader and dedicated to helping raise much-needed funds in support of our girls. He also believes in the importance of community at the gym. He hopes to foster an environment of friendship and support.

Val Harris, Secretary
Val and her family live in Williamstown. Her daugther, McKenna, is training for Level 7 and has been part of ACG since 2011. McKenna began her gymnastics career as part of the USAIGC team before moving over to ACG last year. Val is a secretary and bookkeeper and loves the time she spends with her gymnastics family at ACG. She enjoys helping where needed and understands the importance of working together as a team. Val is also a huge fan of ACG’s coaching staff for doing such an amazing job of making sure our girls are prepared both physically and mentally for the sport of gymnastics.
Michelle is our technical guru! She is also awesome with numbers, hence her role as treasurer. Michelle’s daughter, Caitlyn, is training level 6/7 and has been at ACG for the last five years. When Michelle isn’t at the gym, she is serving as Senior Program Manager at Campbell Soup Company. Michelle wanted to be part of this Committee because she enjoys helping out and being involved in the sport her daughter loves so much. Michelle and her family live in Williamstown.
Kristin Vespe, Travel Coordinator
Kristin, who serves as a Behavior Analyst at Bancroft by day, wanted to be part of the board because she knows it will bring her even closer to the thing that’s most important to her daughter. Gymnastics, of course! Olivia “Livy” DiNovi is a Level 9 gymnast and cute as a button. She and Kristin have been part of the gym for the last five years and live in Mt. Ephraim. For those of you who have daughters who attend far-away meets, you’ll get to know Kristin very well, as she will be helping to coordinate travel plans. The idea to keep the team spirit going — at the gym and when away.
